February 2016 Meeting Minutes

Here are the meeting minutes from the February gathering held at 1:30pm on February 21, 2016 at VFW Post 2514 in New Bern.

We would like to thank everyone in the VFW Post 2514 for allowing us to come into their establishment and have a homebrew!

Crystal Coast Brew Off (CCBO) Competition was discussed, we will be using 2015 BJCP guidelines, competition will be held in July, starting to lineup sponsors.

Dawn Jones gave a treasury report.

Discussion on Brew Durham/Scrap Exchange.

Discussed problems having meetings at BrUtopia.

Discussed being featured in BrewScene magazine.

Scoring sheets were tallied to see who is brewer of the month.  Verdict: Jason Stone with Alt Bier
